You can add locations for ¥500 per location / month. This includes the cost of automatically generating the collection ledger for the prefecture where the property is located.
You can add units for ¥250 per unit / month.
¥3,980 / month + total number of properties × ¥500 + total number of units × ¥250.
A UNIT can be configured according to your property type, such as a room, building, house, or bed.
Available for ¥7,700 / month per operating group.
This is applied per contract group, not per property.

If accommodation tax collection or additional product sales are paid by credit card, a Stripe payment processing fee of 3.6% will apply. * This app does not charge any commission on additional product sales; however, Stripe fees will be deducted and the remaining amount will be deposited directly into your Stripe account.
