Step Details
The guest books the property through an OTA.
Through the PMS, QG receives the booking information and immediately sends the guestbook link to the guest’s email. For OTAs without email support, the link can be copied and sent manually.
The guest enters the number of guests, uploads identification, signs the terms of use, adds the arrival time, indicates parking usage, and more. After completion, the house manual and add-on products are displayed.
Accommodation tax is calculated automatically based on the entered information. Purchases of add-on products are also accumulated in the folio. The property can review the folio contents before checkout.
The checkout button triggers automatic payment for all unpaid charges, including accommodation tax. According to your Stripe settings, the funds are usually deposited automatically into your designated bank account the following week. *Stripe processing fees and platform usage fees apply.
